Welcome to W Aura, a social gaming experience powered by Anyjoi and operated under Hypejoi. By accessing or using W Aura, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using W Aura, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the platform. Additionally, W Aura operates as part of the Anyjoi ecosystem, meaning that all W Aura accounts are created and managed under the Anyjoi account infrastructure. By registering for W Aura, you also acknowledge and agree to the Anyjoi Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use W Aura. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using W Aura, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so under your local jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To use W Aura, you must create an account through the Anyjoi account system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to support contact.

4. Gameplay and Features

W Aura is a social gaming platform where users engage in: Daily Prompts & Nominations: Assigning prompts to friends to compete as "Champions." Aura System: Earning Solo Aura and Team Aura through battles and nominations. Battles & Quizzes: Players answer quiz questions related to prompts to earn Aura Trophies. Streaks & Rewards: Users are rewarded for consistent engagement. Monetization: W Aura offers in-app purchases such as Battle Passes, Aura Keys, and Loot Boxes.

5. Virtual Goods & Purchases

Virtual items (e.g., Aura Keys, Battle Passes, Collectibles) are non-refundable and have no real-world monetary value. All purchases are final. Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable laws. Any violation of these Terms may result in loss of purchased items without compensation.

6. Community Guidelines

Users must engage respectfully with others. Hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Cheating, exploiting, or unauthorized automation of game features is not allowed. Violations may lead to warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

7. Leaderboard & Rewards

Top 1,000 players may receive in-game and real-world rewards. Reward distribution is at the discretion of W Aura. Any attempt to manipulate rankings may result in disqualification.

8. Content Ownership & License

Any content (e.g., names, profile pictures, shared nominations) you submit remains yours, but by submitting it, you grant W Aura a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it within the platform. W Aura reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

9. Privacy Policy 

W Aura collects data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Since W Aura accounts are part of the Anyjoi account system, users agree to the Anyjoi Terms & Anyjoi Privacy Policy as well. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Users can manage their privacy settings in-app.

10. Liability Disclaimer

W Aura is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access, gameplay disruptions, or technical failures.

11. Termination & Suspension

W Aura reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request account deletion via support contact.

12. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
